We are a marketing group that works with homeowners to sell their home to one of our investing partners for a full cash offer. Our marketing representatives will work with you to assess the property, determine the offer amount, and present your property to our partners for purchase. 

Our investing partners purchase multiple homes a year. Their intent is to update and refurbish the homes. Our partners remain discreet until the marketing representative presents your property to them and they express interest. If your home meets their requirements they will then be introduced to the homeowner and we will continue with the purchasing process of the home. 

Our marketing representative will reach out to the homeowner of a property that could potentially meet the needs of our investing partners. They will work with the homeowner to assess the property and determine the best possible cash offer. 

The homeowner will then sign a temporary Option to Purchase contract with our company. This contract will stay in place for 60 days. During that time, we will present your property to our investing partners and, if it meets their investing terms, a partner will present the full cash offer to the homeowner and expedite closing. The entire process can be completed in as little as 30 days! 

Because we buy properties for cash and cover all costs associated with the closing process, we only buy at a discount. That means that our cash offer will be a little below market value, but the benefits of working with us are that you do not have to spend any cash upfront for repairs, prepare your home for photographers/public viewings, or advertise the property online to search for a buyer. We do all the work for you! 

We will assess the physical state of the property including any recent or needed repairs and use comparable community data to determine the best possible cash offer for your home.

That's ok! We are happy to go through property assessment with you so that you know what our offer would currently be for your home. If you are not ready to sell, we will keep your assessment on file and we will happily assist you if you change your mind in the future! Just know that the needs of our investing partners will adjust over time, and we cannot guarantee their future investment interest.
